Look who knocked on my door the other day....

These two little cuties were created for me by  

JENN from NOODLE & LOU

Inspired by my husband (the bloak from UK) and me (the American Girl next door), Jenn cleverly painted our portraits on these bowling pins that stand about 4 inches high.  

It gave me a giggle to see how even our plump figures are just about accurate here!!!   Don't you just love our bathing suits!!!  We look like such tourists don't we!!!  :)  

I love our expressions...

I've always got something curious on my mind. And my husband with the blank stare in hopes that I don't bring up that something curious! :)  So right on there!!!.

News Flash: Summer Is Here

I heard the Weather Guy say that it was "officially" the FIRST DAY of Summer. Uuhhh... I beg to differ!

Way down here in Florida, Summer skipped Spring. But Summer has a way of doing that.
Although, we really can't complain... we have our freshwater springs, lazy rivers and lakes, sandy seashores and backyard pools to keep us chilled and as if that is not enough, we have our corner slurpee stops, icecream shoppes and snowcone stands.

Home Clean Home!

Just finished up a little spring cleaning in the Monster and Goblin's rooms.

  We now have enough random LEGOS to do an addition on the house and I might knit a sweater with all the dust bunnies I found!  :)

I've been artfully upcycling all kinds of thrifty finds.  First it was a world globe and a rocking horse and then....

...a Guitar

This Beatles Inspired Mixed Media Guitar was created for a  Rock N' Roll Exhibit in downtown Orlando.  I really think I LoVe it.  And happily (and a little sadly) somebody else did too as it SOLD! But I am thrilled that it has a new home!!!

Desperately Seeking Sanity!

Where does the time go?

I ask this question seriously, in hopes of an answer that will change my life! There are those of you out there that LOOK like you've got it all together. Seriously DO YOU? And if so HOW? I NEED to know this secret.

How do you run a 24HR Maid & Laundry Operation, a Recreational Shuttle Service and a Gourmet Kitchen, work out everyday, create brilliant master pieces, write a daily BLOG, work a "real" part-time job, walk the dog, pet the cat and be the bestest MOMMY and SEXIEST wife EVER????

HELP a girl out... if you know the secret to stuffing 72 hours worth of sweat, LoVe and tears into 12 hours... I am listening!!!! :)
