Soggy Dog Studios Speaks Out

Since our announcement of our Dogwood jewelry collection, we haven't put our little brushes down. We would like to take a moment to introduce you to our creations and the beauty we've found within.

It started in the wee hours when we were slap happy hard at work. We found ourselves naming and assigning a meaningful and sometimes meaningless story to each piece. Several days later after our launch, we were contacted by a friend who loved our collection and felt that our creations would be the perfect way for her to spread the word about an important cause close to her heart, Autism.

It was then we had our "a ha" moment... we already had been giving our little squares random identities behind closed studio doors, but now they had a reason to Speak Out. We immediately got to work creating the perfect charm using a puzzle piece, the symbol of Autism Awareness.

This opportunity has enabled us to take our creativity and benefit someone else. What an amazing lesson for our children! Our kids have always enjoyed watching what we do, but have now begun to create their own pieces! It's never too early to teach our little one's how to give back!

Through this one simple request, we were inspired to give our creations a voice. By wearing a Dogwood creation that speaks your message, you are creating awareness and opportunities to spread the word. If there is a charity or cause that you want to Speak Out, please e-mail us your request for creation.

Thank you for your support and taking a moment to see what we've been up to!
